The farmhouse, completely restored and renovated, is of the early TWENTIETH century.

It consists of 6 rooms with bathroom, two magnificent terraces, a large living room with dining area and an air-conditioned space to enjoy the views while you're relaxing in the jacuzzi. The outdoor areas include infinity pool, shed with barbecue and tables, ping-pong, foosball, basketball court, soccer field, swings, etc

The house is adapted to disabled people and is situated on a hill in the municipality of Santa Maria de Merlès in the comarca of the Berguedà.
